Meet The Chef

Chef Jeewa Atapattu was born and raised in Sri Lanka. He came to Italy to develop his skills and follow his love for Italian Cuisine. He worked in the kitchen at a luxury Florentine hotel for 12 years where he honed his palate and techniques. He started at Enoteca Pitti Gola in 2014 as an alternate chef. In 2016 we were proud to bring him on full time as our head Chef. His precision and intricate approach towards food has brought the menu at The Enoteca to a higher level than ever before. We are honored to have him as part of the team!
